Returns & Refund Policy
At Bedboo, we stand by the quality of our bamboo bedding and want every customer to rest easy. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Change of Mind
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order’s arrival.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.
- Bedding that has been removed from its packaging but remains unused is not eligible for a full refund.
- Items purchased during a sale period or at a discounted rate will be refunded at the purchase price only. These items must be unopened, unused, and unwashed.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time your return is received for processing.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
- Items remain your responsibility until they are received at our return address.
- We strongly recommend using registered post as we cannot be held liable for returns not received.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
- If your card has been changed or cancelled, it is your responsibility to arrange redirection of funds with your bank or financial institution.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a product that appears faulty:
- Please lodge a return request via our Contact Us Form within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once returned, items will be inspected. If confirmed faulty (excluding the conditions below), you may choose a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return for processing.
Fault Exclusions:
Our bamboo products are designed for everyday home use and must be cared for according to the instructions provided. The following are not considered faults:
- Pilling – a natural occurrence in untreated fabrics and not a defect.
- Discolouration – caused by natural body oils, skincare products, sweat, or detergents.
- Shrinkage – our fabrics are cut with extra allowance (~5%) to account for natural shrinkage during the first few washes.
Gift Boxes & Promotional Items
- Promotional gift boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items within gift boxes may be exchanged for a different size if unopened and unused.
- Free gifts are available only while stocks last and are not eligible for return or exchange.
